At Hendrick Motorsports, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your racing gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that autographed memorabilia and custom-made items are final sale.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your merchandise. Drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
